At Testy Tuesday, outside of our client quizzes, we run a larger general quiz group for friends. Each month we’ve been fortunate to have a sponsor for a first prize. Of course the goal of our Testy Tuesday quiz isn’t about a prize, it’s about learning. However, as part of our development and testing, we wanted to measure the impact of a leaderboard and a first prize. We’ve discovered that incentives are pretty darn important (yes, yes, we know, you could have told us that).
